Get a Faster Answer From Xtream Codes Support

Three things that cut most support conversations from days to minutes.

✉️

Write From Your Signup Email

Send your message from the same email address you used to order. That is how we find your account in one lookup instead of a day of back-and-forth. If you lost access to that inbox, say so in the first line and include the rough order date.

📺

Name the Device and the App

"It does not work" takes a day to unravel. "Fire TV Stick 4K Max, TiviMate, error 401 when I log in" gets fixed in one reply. When you contact Xtream Codes, tell us the device model, the player app, and the exact error text. A photo of the error screen is worth a paragraph.

📥

Check Spam Before Following Up

Replies come from help@xtreamcode.tv. If you wrote to the contact Xtream Codes inbox and heard nothing within 2 hours, check your spam or junk folder before sending a second message. Adding that address to your contacts keeps every future reply in your inbox.

Quick Answers Before You Write

Nine times out of ten the subscription expired and the renewal did not go through. An expired account returns the exact same "invalid login" error as a wrong password, so check the date first. Renew from the same email you ordered with and your existing credentials keep working, with no reinstall and no lost favorites. If you are sure the subscription is active, retype the username and password by hand: the letter O and the number 0 swap constantly on TV remotes.

Credentials arrive by email within minutes of payment. Check spam, junk, and the promotions tab for a message from help@xtreamcode.tv. If it is genuinely missing after 30 minutes, write to us from the email you paid with and we will resend it. Do not order a second time to force a new email, since that creates a second account.

Usually not. Evening slowdowns that clear by morning are the classic sign of ISP throttling, and Comcast Xfinity, Spectrum, and AT&T are the usual suspects. Run one test before writing: switch the TV or Firestick to your phone's mobile hotspot for five minutes. If the stream turns perfect on cellular, the problem is your home ISP, and a VPN on the router or the Firestick fixes it. If it still buffers on the hotspot, that is on us, so tell us you ran the test and we go straight to server-side checks.

Order the plan you want from the pricing page using the same email address as your original order. The system extends your existing account, so your username, password, favorites, and app settings all stay exactly as they are. Moving to a plan with more connections works the same way and takes effect within minutes.

Usually, yes. Single channels occasionally drop when a source feed changes, and most are restored within a day. Tell us the exact channel name and the category you found it in. If a channel you need is not in the lineup at all, ask before you subscribe and we will confirm whether we carry it, because lineups do change over time.

Yes. The desk is staffed around the clock, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. Most messages get a first human reply within 2 hours, and urgent outages during live events get priority. Email help@xtreamcode.tv or use the form on this page, and a real person reads it.
